You need to have the Black and White installed in order to play this expansion pack. Battle of the Gods is a straight-forward expansion pack for Black & White 2. Like every other expansion pack, it features new levels to play on, abilities to mess around with and unit/building types to use. The storyline of Battle of the Gods picks up a little after Black & White 2. Another god has risen up to oppose the player and hopes to use his army of undead soldiers to sway the masses into following him. The goal for Battle of the Gods is, of course, to crush the opposition and build a civilization under your influence. The choices are still open to the players to make; good or evil, peace or use of military, conquer or use of diplomacy. The choices are all available to the players like expected.

Age of Empires III offers gamers the next level of realism, with advanced battle physics and unparalleled visual detail. The new game picks up where Age of Empires II: Age of Kings left off, placing gamers in the position of a European power determined to explore, colonize and conquer the New World. This time period features stunning scenes, from towering European cathedrals to courageous tribes of Native Americans, and spectacular combat with Industrial Age units like rifled infantry, cavalry and tall ships bristling with cannons. In addition to technology upgrades, Age of Empires III also features a slew of new game-play elements, including the concept of a "Home City," new civilizations, units, technologies and an immersive new single-player campaign that spans three generations.
Four powerful armies –- Empire, Chaos, Skaven and High Elves –- along with other "dogs of war" including Orcs, Dwarfs, Vampires and Goblins, clash amidst breathtaking scenery in an epic battle for land and power. Mark of Chaos captures the fantasy combat of the popular Warhammer franchise in a beautiful way, but it's marred by some technical issues and a basic strategic campaign.
The Good: Strong visuals bring the Warhammer fantasy universe to life like never before; real-time battles are cinematic and let you play as a fantasy general.
The Bad: Technical issues make multiplayer a frustrating experience; campaign is fairly basic and features uneven production values.
